"In the years I used Jerry Kelly as my State Farm agent I think I spoke to him once. He has his henchman Mary Nelson running things. She lied to me. She also insisted my fender bender in my paid for pristine 2011 VW with 42k miles on it had to be “totaled”. She is pleasant until she isn’t. Don’t be fooled by her, if there are any issues she is a company girl and does not look out for the clients. Lord knows where Jerry is."

"Why I fired Jerry Kelly and fired State Farm Insurance: I have been trying now to cancel for 9 months a business office policy and 3 months a second car policy. I have been overcharged almost $1000 dollars for both policies in 9 months. I have called the office numerous times every month with little response back, most of the time no call back. I have yet to receive a refund or an apology. Emails go unanswered. The agent has yet to take time out of his day to connect to resolve anything. Locally, this company's and agent's level of customer service is in the toilet. I then found out that I was under insured on major areas and over insured in minor areas while shopping for a different insurance company for both home, auto and rental properties. There are other reasons as well to cancel on a national level with this company that outweigh my particular issues on a local level. I have had two significant issues with this agent in the past but this was the last straw. So much for being a loyal State Farm customer for 30+ years and upwards of 20 years with this particular agent. I did find a company who does care, provides the best product at the best price nationally. A perk with this new company is that they will shop annually for the best price for me."
